Now all of winfire's office buildings have the ability to report maintenance issue via the web maintenance request form. This form is emailed to appropriate responsible individual at winfire. The maintenance staff then has the ability to contact the tenant and schedule a time for work to be completed.
Maintenance work can be reported quickly and to the appropriate personnel using this form. All request are in a database so if an email doesn't go though the request will be recorded, therefore its never missplaced.
